Our experienced Human Resources Director leverages their expertise as a business partner and driver for change within a growing and dynamic company. Due to our impressive growth, we are now adding an HR Director to support our HR team and business. Our HR Director will be responsible for working with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the areas of recruiting and retention, change management, and HR program implementation. This role leads our HR team of 5 and is based out of our offices in Vancouver, BC.
Our Consumer Experience Coordinator will work closely with the Consumer Experience Manager to build meaningful and insightful connections with our consumers. This individual will be committed to knowledgeable, empathetic and exceptional customer service. Our Consumer Experience Coordinator will answer incoming calls and e-mails from customers, respond enthusiastically to inquiries and questions, effectively manage complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. This role requires an individual with great social skills who is adaptable, personable, empathetic, and self-driven. The ideal candidate must love customer service and be willing to go the extra mile to put a smile the faces of our loyal consumers.
The Journeyman Industrial Millwright must possess fundamental and specialized knowledge and skills related to troubleshooting and providing preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating equipment change-over.
The Millwright is responsible for working together with the rest of the maintenance team to complete new projects, work orders and follow a Preventive Maintenance Program. This position requires shiftwork (rotating once a month).
Our Sanitation Associate is responsible for ensuring the daily cleaning and sanitation of all food processing and manufacturing equipment to company and industry standards ensuring no damage of equipment during this process. This position is responsible for the handling, use and application of sanitation chemicals.
Our Process Engineer will manage and direct engineering functions to meet company objectives for new product development and improvement of existing product lines. This role will be responsible for the efficient development of processes at production scale, sourcing and modification of equipment, manufacture of samples, and leading new equipment trials. Key skills for this role are problem-solving and have a keen interest in working collaboratively to develop new processes and improve current ones. Ability to travel to our co-packers is also a critical requirement.
Our Director of Supply Chain is a key position responsible for daily leadership and direction in the Supply Chain team, both at the current facility and the new facility that will be up and running in 2019. This role will oversee the Logistics and Warehousing functions, and work closely with the VP of Supply Chain on the Planning and Procurement functions. Coupled with a wealth of Supply Chain experience, this role is required to have strong interpersonal skills to provide leadership to vendors, internal stakeholders and ultimately our customers and consumers.
