Here at Daiya we place high value on team work, collaboration, innovation and just plain having fun. It’s our team members – Daiyans as we like to call ourselves – who really set us apart from so many other companies.
But if there’s one answer that truly stands out, it’s that moment when our employees realize they’re directly contributing to making a difference in other people’s lives. And it happens whenever we see someone experience our products for the first time.
The surprising joy of that very first bite. The wonderful freedom of finally indulging in ooey gooey deliciousness. There’s nothing quite like it. And yet it fuels our passion to keep innovating, creating and working towards a better future for our customers and ourselves.
Being part of a driven, fast-moving team requires downtime to stop, unwind and connect with your peers.
Whether it’s a company-wide hoopla put together by our Culture Team or a smaller gathering, we like to take the time to stop, come together and celebrate our accomplishments regularly.
Continuous improvement through innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Which is why our work is driven by the mantra, “What is our best capable of?” Big ideas take time, productive failure, communication and collaboration. As Daiyans, it’s essential that we continuously adapt and evolve to meet the needs of the families who rely on the products we create.
Each and every Daiyan has the ability to make a difference in the future of the company and the lives of our consumers. Which is why we encourage and foster a uniquely rich collaborative environment where we’re always working together to find the best answer, regardless of who it comes from.
Daiya Foods is proud to be a leader and creator of deliciously dairy-, gluten- and soy-free foods. Established in 2008 and based in Vancouver, British Columbia, our company has grown to include more than 220 passionate Daiyans located in both Canada and the United States.
