Cheezecake'za

As they say, the pie's in the eye of the beholder. Well we think they say that... Anyways, our third recipe is also inspired by the wild pizza toppings they use in Sweden. A sweet pizza pie aka cheezecake’za

Ingredients

  • 1 Daiya New York Cheezecake
  • 3 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • handful of fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 tbsp rasins
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flakes

Instructions

Remove Daiya New York Style Cheezecake from package and thaw

Spread the nut or seed butter over the entire surface of the cake.

Decorate the top with raspberries, apricots, raisins and coconut flakes.
