Cheezy Zoodle Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini, (Medum Sized)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic, (minced)
  • 1/2 Cup Daiya Cheddar Style Deluxe Cheeze Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, (halved)

Instructions

1. Spiralize zucchini (also works with pre-cut spiralized zucchini)

2. In sauce pan, heat olive oil and garlic. Add zucchini and salt + pepper to taste. Sauté until tender.

3.In separate bowl, toss zucchini noodles with cheese sauce (¼ cup per serving).

4. Top with cherry tomatoes and more salt + pepper if needed. Enjoy!
