Fall Harvest Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 block Daiya Smoked Gouda Style Block
  • 1 bag Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup Dried Cherries
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted Squash, (chopped)
  • 1 Honeycrisp Apple, (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup cooked quinoa

Instructions

1. Prepare and chop salad ingredients

2. Toss prepared ingredients together in a large bowl

3. Top with your favorite Daiya salad dressing
