First, start by preparing the fresh ingredients you’d like to stuff in the burger. Chop bell peppers, cilantro, jalapenos and Daiya Monterey Jack Style Blocks.
Next, season the ground plant-based meat with desired spices and mold into two patties. One patty should act as a “base” for all of the fresh ingredients inside of the burger so it will need to be molded larger than the other. After creating the base, you will add cilantro, jalapeños, ground bell peppers, Daiya Monterey Jack Style Blocks, and Daiya Mozzarella Style Cutting Board Shreds.
After adding the ingredients on top of the larger patty, you place the second on top and close the two. Throw the burger on the grill or cook them on the stove, about 4 minutes each side.
Lastly, you top with your favorite ingredients and condiments of choice. In this case, we chose fresh tomato, avocado and red onion.
