Preheat your grill to the highest setting.
In a small bowl, prepare the sauce. Mix together the Daiya Homestyle Ranch and buffalo sauce until uniform. Set aside.
In another small bowl, prepare the Buffalo “chicken”. Add in the vegan chicken and the remaining buffalo sauce and mix together until uniform. Set aside.
Roll out your pizza dough and place it onto a 12 inch pizza pan.
Add all of the sauce onto the pizza and gently spread it around with a spoon until it is evenly distributed.
Sprinkle over the buffalo chicken and again make sure it is evenly distributed.
Top the vegan chicken with the diced shallots.
Lastly, generously sprinkle the Daiya mozzarella style shreds all over the pizza.
Grab a half sheet baking pan and place the pizza pan on top of that.
Place the pizza (with the baking sheet underneath) onto the hot grill and close.
Take the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes or until it is nice and golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Remove from the grill and finish it off with a sprinkle of green onions and a generous drizzle of the Daiya Homestyle Ranch.
