Heat oven to 400 degrees. Slice Portabellas and Bell peppers into thin strips.
In a large mixing bowl combine fajita seasoning and water . Toss vegetables in fajita seasoning mixture.
Place vegetables on sheet pan and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve on tortillas with our Pepperjack Style Shreds.
Note: Fajita Seasoning - 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
