Spicy Kimchi Bean Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 package Daiya Provolone Style Slices
  • 4 of your favorite bean burgers
  • vegan butter
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons vegan wasabi mayo
  • 4 gluten-free buns

Instructions

Place your favorite bean burger on the grill, and cook according to package instructions.

Spread plant-based butter on the bun and toast on the grill while the burger is cooking.

Once the burger is cooked, top it with Daiya Provolone Style Slices until melted.

Remove the burger, top it with kimchi, spread vegan wasabi mayo on the bun, assemble and enjoy!
