Mom’s Day, the Plant-Based Way!

Sure, Mother’s Day is going to look different this year. But even if it’s a smaller celebration, a thoughtful, plant-based, allergy-friendly brunch is the perfect way to show appreciation for your mom, your partner, or the mom-like figure in your life. And just because you’re going plant-based doesn’t mean your dish can’t be both fun and decadent. Here’s some of our favorite dishes to serve up that every mother figure can enjoy on their special day—and they all go great with mimosas! 

Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

A quick whip-up that won’t soon be forgotten. This one can be made with ingredients around the kitchen and pantry. Don’t have white chocolate chips? Swap with the classic milk chocolate ones and it will still taste incredible.

Fruit Pizza

A gorgeous way to say I love you, this fruit “pizza” (or dairy-free tart) is the perfect brunch surprise to wake up to. All the fresh fruit here can be substituted with whatever fruit you have in the refrigerator or even frozen fruit. Either way, it will surely look as good as it tastes.
