Heat a skillet to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Drain the jackfruit and add it to the skillet, cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Stir in your favorite BBQ sauce, cover the pan, turn to low heat and let simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
While the jackfruit is simmering, coat one side of your favorite gluten-free bread with vegan butter and place it face down in a skillet on medium heat to toast.
Assemble the sandwich by laying down a bed of greens on top of the toasted bread, followed by the BBQ jackfruit and finish off with Cheddar Style Slices.
Let the slices melt slightly in the pan and enjoy!
