Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Heads Organic Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Can Organic Chick Peas
  • 1 Carton Cherry Tomatoes, (cut in half)
  • 1 avocado, (chopped)
  • 1 Can Organic Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 red onion, (chopped)
  • 1/2 cucumber, (chopped)
  • 1 Bottle Daiya Blue Cheeze Dairy-Free Dressing

Instructions

Chop the heads of romaine lettuce and spread evenly on a large plate

Layer the chickpeas, tomatoes, avocado, red onion and cucumber in rows in an order preferred on top of the romaine lettuce bed

Pour Daiya Dairy Free Blue Cheeze Dressing evenly over the top of the salad and serve
