Plant-Based Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 package Daiya Swiss Style Slices
  • 1 package plant-based egg
  • 1 cup fresh sprouts
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 4 tbsp plant-based mayonnaise
  • 4 gluten-free everything bagel

Instructions

Slice and toast your favorite gluten-free everything bagel.

Top the bagel with plant-based egg and Daiya Swiss Style Slices.

Place the bagel, open-faced, back into the toaster oven for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the toaster and top with sliced red onion, sliced avocado and sprouts.

Spread your favorite plant-based mayonnaise on the top half of the bagel.

Assemble and enjoy!
