This Cheezy Queso Dip is deliciously dairy-free and ready in just 15 minutes. Start by microwaving Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds. Then mix in tomato, white onion, cilantro, jalapeno or serrano chiles, lime juice and salt. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, and enjoy a smooth, cheezy plant-based dip.
Place the Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds in a microwavable bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes
Remove from microwave and stir the melted cheeze
Mix tomato, white onion, cilantro, jalapeno (or serrano chile), lime juice and salt together into a large bowl.
Add Pico de Gallo to the bowl and stir. If cheeze is not melted enough, place back into the microwave for 30 second increments, stirring each time until all the Daiya cheeze and Pico de Gallo are blended together to make a smooth and cheezy dip.
