Daiya Cheezecake with Berry Compote

An elegant topping for any Daiya Cheezecake! Recipe created by Whistler Blackcomb Executive Chef, Wolfgang Sterr.

Ingredients

  • 1 Daiya New York Cheezecake
  • Berry Compote
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 each lemon zest

Instructions

Place the berries, sugar and lemon zest into a pan and bring it to a boil.

Chill and serve with the cheezecake.
